Intro to Blowing Glass on a Torch

Still working in borosilicate glass, we will learn the basics of blowing glass on a torch. Additionally, we’ll discuss “pulling points” from larger glass tubes. The goal is to practice initial bubbles, then manipulate the glass to form small ornaments and vessels. Time will be spent with demonstrations, reviews, hands-on execution to practice your newfound skills. Plan to have a lot of fun, break some glass, and create your first one-of-a-kind hollow forms.
