It’s spooky season, and Magazine Street has you covered. You can shop for a Halloween costume and get all your Halloween decor of course, but businesses up and down the street are conjuring up Halloween magic that all you witches and warlocks will love. From trick-or-treating to spooky brunches, here’s what’s going on for Halloween on Magazine Street

Witches Dinner at Red Dog Diner

Witches Brunch at Rosie’s on the Roof

Put on your witchiest attire and join us at Rosie’s on the Roof on October 24 for our first annual Witches Brunch! Wizards and warlocks are invited too. The 3 course brunch will include seasonal choices such as pumpkin bisque, blood orange pear salad, redfish and chips, blue crab benedict and “bleeding” beignets with berry compote. Howl-O-Weenie 2025 at Dat Dog

Our 4th Annual fundraiser for Zeus’ Rescues, HOWL-O-WEENIE, is BACK on Saturday, October 25 from 3-5pm. This is THE Dog Costume Contest of the Season; THE place to see fabulous dogs and to be seen looking fabulous! Dress up your pup and grab the friends & fam for good times, great photo ops, and hopefully plenty of SCRIM COSTUMES!

Witches Luncheon at The Bower

Gather your coven and join us on Friday, October 24 for a spellbinding afternoon at The Bower. Enjoy a three-course menu crafted by Executive Chef Marcus Woodham while sipping and celebrating in true witchy style. Seatings are available: 11am-2pm. Reservations available on Open Table. $48 per person (plus tax & gratuity). Costumes encouraged – come dressed to impress!

Halloween “Boo-Cuterie” Workshop at NOLA Boards

This hands-on cheese board class on October 28 will teach you how to create a show-stopping seasonal charcuterie spread just in time for Halloween.
