School’s Out! A Tropical Cocktail Class

The kids are out of school and summer camps are in full swing. Time for a cocktail! Let’s get tropical and lean into Summer since it’s about to start. Bring on the tropical fruits, the spices, the complex syrups and the rum. Maybe even a little gin in there. We’ll learn some history and some classic tropical recipes.
