Intro to Glass Sculpture

In this class, students will work with borosilicate glass (similar to Pyrex), learning the basics of sculpting with glass on a torch. Start with fish and seaweed or tiny birds and leaves, and compose them into one single sculpture. Discuss making good connections to build larger pieces from multiple assembled components. Sculpture is the fourth class in our Foundations series. Two class options: Wednesday, May 1, 6-9pm or Saturday, May 4,10am-1pm. Register here.
