Aerial + Art

FLY, FLIP, FLOAT, FLOW Aerial yoga is our new favorite thing at Lolo’s!!! Little yogis will learn how to safely explore fluid movement on the silk hammocks led by aerial artist Caroline Chiesa. Kids will enjoy an opening savasana meditation and a closing savasana sound bath while floating effortlessly on their hammocks. Between the relaxation of savasana, yogis will flow through an aerial practice- learning how to flip like fish, fly like birds, and float like butterflies. And it wouldn’t be Lolo’s without a little creative time with a wacky guided art project – this month it’s a Pour Paint Pumpkin. Come and join us!
