2026 New Orleans Indoor Rowing Championships

Saturday, January 31st, 2026
12 - 12 AM

Louisiana Ave to Napoleon Ave

ErgoFit is hosting the 7th annual New Orleans Indoor Rowing Championships, bringing athletes of all ages and backgrounds from across the state to compete in Louisiana’s only indoor rowing competition.

NOIRC is hosted by the New Orleans Rowing Club in partnership with ErgoFit and St. George’s Episcopal School, with support from Tulane University and Xavier University rowing programs. The mission of NOIRC is to unite people through rowing while giving back to the local community by supporting organizations that use sport for good. The charity team relay was introduced in 2025 to create an inclusive, mission-driven experience that brings people together in support of meaningful local causes.

Each year, a new charity is selected and the relay format may change. In 2025, the charity relay benefited The Arctic Challenge and supported fundraising efforts for Laureus Sport for Good and Covenant House New Orleans. The 2026 New Orleans Indoor Rowing Championships marks the second year of the charity relay and will benefit Survivor Rowing Club, a local rowing club that supports breast cancer survivors by providing a welcoming community and opportunities to reduce cancer recurrence risk through rowing.
